The collection was released on February 19 exclusively on the Adidas online retail website but it was also made available on ASOS the following day.

Icy Park was much anticipated as Beyoncé first announced the collection last month with a  two-minute video, showing fans what they could expect from the collection. Images of each clothing item from Icy Park was revealed to Beyoncé’s 166 million followers on Instagram.

The majority of the outfits were modelled by Beyoncé but we also saw different faces advertising the collection, including model Hailey Bieber and rapper Gucci Mane.

The name of the collection itself refers to the idea of wintery slops which is evident through the design and materials of various outfits and accessories as Beyoncé blends alpine slopes with fresh streetwear elements.

The colour scheme of Icy Park is full of ‘icy’ colours from white, light blue to vibrant pinks, browns and multi-colour ski tag prints.

Following from her previous collection, ‘Where Is Your Park’, Beyoncé has continued to feature diverse sizing, ranging from XXXS to 4X. She has also debuted five brand new pairs of Adidas trainers which captures the idea of snowboarding on the slopes really well. These include the ‘Super Sleek Boot’, the ‘Super Super Sleek Brick’ and Forum Lo and Mid.

In terms of the clothes themselves, Icy Park has a variation of items from monogram leggings and tops, latex joggers and bodysuits to reflective puffer jackets and faux fur coats. The accessories includes facemasks, padded ski gloves and scarves and hats. The majority of clothes are gender neutral so everyone regardless of gender is able to be as icy and fresh as Beyoncé.
